The Station Configurator will reduce the amount of time it takes to design the station configuration parameters that are determined during the station review process. Also, it automatically prints the small button labels on-site without having to re-type the same information twice for each phone set. For Telecom Managers, the Station Configurator provides a means to maintain an active data base of all station hardware & software information.

• Multiple programmers can simultaneously meet with department managers and input the station information for each. Then, each programmer's portion of the data base can be imported into the master data base.
• If a department manager desires to utilize a standard set of features and/or parameters for all phones in that department, a simple copy command can accomplish this task in seconds.
• Station programming is done on a screen template of the exact phone type for the individual(s). Additions and deletions are accomplished by simply clicking, dragging and dropping the feature or parameter.
• The Print capabilities include printing the button labels for the phone sets by station, department or in total as well as printing the various reports; 1) Stations by jack, name or extension and 2) Inventory by extension, jack, name, feature, phone type, etc.).
